Sanctuary Lakes is a master-planned waterfront community built around its lake and canals — homes with view lines to protect and outdoor spaces designed to make the most of them. Our Sanctuary Lakes builds are engineered around the water: shapes that maximise the outlook, raised spas that double as viewing perches, and glass balustrades that keep sight lines open.

We've completed multiple Sanctuary Lakes builds, including a canalside architectural pool with a raised circular mosaic spa cantilevered toward the lake and a curved acrylic pool window. The waterfront setting drives the design — every shape and edge is engineered to work with the view, not block it.

Sanctuary Lakes sits within the City of Wyndham, on engineered ground around a managed waterway — sites where geotechnical conditions and water tables demand careful footing and shell design. Reinforced concrete is the only sensible choice for waterfront builds at this level: it carries the loads of raised spas, dam walls and cantilevered edges that define these projects. We work within the community's design guidelines and manage the Wyndham permits and barrier certification throughout.
