Our Eaglemont build is an architectural lap-style pool with a dark interior, an integrated raised spa, and natural-stone coping framed by mature eucalypts — designed to read as a quiet extension of the landscape. That sensibility is the Eaglemont brief: design-led restraint, beautifully made.
Eaglemont sits within the City of Banyule, on the elevated, heavily treed ground near the Yarra — sites that bring significant vegetation, garden-design heritage, and the slope and reactive clay common to the area. Reinforced concrete lets us shape an architectural pool to the garden and engineer for both the trees and the fall of the land. We coordinate arborist input for protected vegetation and manage the Banyule permits and barrier certification as part of the design phase.
