Caulfield blends grand period homes, established gardens, and a strong appetite for considered renovation. We've completed multiple Caulfield builds across the spectrum — from a classic rectangular family pool in crisp white pebble to a bespoke architectural pool with mosaic waterline and natural-stone surrounds — and the common thread is restraint: pools that elevate the home without shouting over it.

Caulfield is a repeat suburb for us, and our two completed builds there show the range — one a clean rectangular family pool with limestone paving and frameless glass fencing, the other a bespoke architectural design with concealed drainage to keep the lines pure. Phil oversees every Caulfield project personally.

Caulfield sits within the City of Glen Eira, where many blocks carry mature gardens, period homes built close to boundaries, and the reactive clay soils common across Melbourne's inner south-east. That favours reinforced concrete with engineered footings — a shell that won't telegraph ground movement into tile lines and coping. We coordinate arborist input where significant trees are involved and manage the Glen Eira permits and barrier certification end to end.
