We are writing to express our sheer delight with our amazing new pool and the amazing service you have both given us from our initial 'quote' meeting until the very end at handover.
On our second meeting with Phil, we were presented with a very impressive artist image on computer of our backyard with image of the pool and this was all part of the 'no obligation free quote', very very professional!
We were then even sent images onto our computer so we could 'dream our dream' each day we turned on our computer!
Once we signed the agreement and decided to go ahead with our first ever pool (so exciting) we have just been so delighted with Jacinda's ongoing customer service and Phil's relaxed and calm handling of the pool construction and assistance with landscaping and services.
I am sure we have driven you both mad sometimes with our indecisions on colour and style of pool tyles! Our final choice (white glass crystal tiles) are simply stunning and Jacinda has been amazing throughout this time, such a big decision to make!
We also had a slight problem with our deck around the pool staining the pool line white tiles and we were extremely worried we had made a really bad error having the deck right to the pool edge!
Phil came to the rescue with his very relaxed, calm nature and fixed the problem with an acid wash and informed us how to upkeep if the problem reaccures!
The finished product of our pool looks absolutely stunning and anyone who enters our house simply says 'WOW!'
Our 3 young children are very very excited about their new pool and I am sure as your business caption reads, "more than just a pool, its a lifestyle!!! How very true!!
Overall, you have both been truely fabulous and we would highly recommend 'Serenity Pools' to anyone of our friends, relatives, neighbours or anyone considering a 'cool, pool' investment!!
